Mark Nohomovich

The purpose of this project is to investigate if ecology affects caecilian skull roof micro anatomy. We have gathered a number of caecillian skull CT scans and will segment out the bones of interest. We than analyze the skull bones for thickness and compactness and try to find a correlation with ecology.
